Karen on the phone in EastEnders
The character usually gets on the wrong side of Sharon Watts (Picture: BBC)

EastEnders fans have taken to social media to express their opinion on the sudden change to Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley) ahead of the character’s departure.

News of her exit was revealed in August, with Metro.co.uk understanding that it was the soap’s decision to write the character out, with Karen’s final scenes set to air later this year.

Karen, who arrived in Walford back in 2017, has found herself involved in Keanu’s (Danny Walters) storyline recently.

After breaking up with Sharon (Letitia Dean), Keanu has regularly clashed with her over care for their son, Albie.

And for Karen, she has taken it upon herself to tell Sharon what she thinks of her nearly every time they make eye contact.

This week, after Keanu discovered Sharon’s plan to possibly move to Abu Dhabi for a new job, Karen decided to step in and tell her son that they needed to put Sharon back in her place.

Tired of Sharon apparently looking down her nose at the Taylor family, Karen convinced Keanu that he should get back with his ex, marry her and then right at the last minute, take everything and leave her destroyed.

The shocking behaviour was picked up by EastEnders fans, with many stunned that Karen’s personality has been altered so much.

‘Catching up on eastenders and is it me or are they making Karen and Bernie unlikable at the moment’, one Twitter/X user wondered.

Another wrote: ‘They’ve made Karen so unbearable, no one will care when she leaves. As for Keanu, it’s obvious he genuinely still loves Sharon but listening to his mum won’t do him any favours. Wedding will be Xmas day obvs!’, while someone else simply said: ‘Ugh go away Karen’.

Lorraine isn’t the only one set to leave in the coming months, with Whitney Dean star Shona McGarty also departing after 15 years.

Lorraine was active on social media this week, and basically confirmed that Karen will die in the upcoming fire at the cafe after liking a tweet from a fan who was speculating this theory.

Coronation Street star Georgia Taylor has shared some pictures from her latest trip away with her boyfriend and co-star Charlie de Melo.

Georgia, best known for her role as Toyah Battersby in the show, posted a variety of snaps from her holiday in Northern Ireland with Charlie, who portrayed Imran Habeeb.

‘Delicious Northern Irish spam incoming xx’, she wrote as the caption.

The images include Charlie and Georgia at the Titanic Belfast visitor experience, enjoying pints of Guiness and good craic, and taking in the beautiful Northern Irish landscape.

Charlie and Georgia fuelled romance rumours back in February of this year, after it was reported that Georgia had split from her partner Mark Letheren after 14 years.

Travelling is something the couple clearly enjoy. Over the past few months, Georgia and Charlie have shared a variety of pictures visiting Sorrento, Scotland and the capital for a Blur gig.

We love it!

Imran died after being involved in a car crash with Toyah, which came after she had discovered his one-night stand with Abi (Sally Carman), who was pregnant with his baby at the time.

For Toyah, she recently said goodbye to her old lover Spider Nugent (Martin Hancock) following his return.

Toyah and Spider were going to settle down and start a life together, but it became apparent that Spider’s job as an undercover police officer was a lot more important to him, so he chose to leave Weatherfield ahead of his next mission.

EastEnders’ Rob Kazinsky ‘in and out of hospital’ after suffering various illnesses https://metro.co.uk/2023/10/12/eastenders-rob-kazinsky-hospital-illnesses-19650779/ https://metro.co.uk/2023/10/12/eastenders-rob-kazinsky-hospital-illnesses-19650779/#respond Thu, 12 Oct 2023 08:21:05 +0000 https://metro.co.uk/?p=19650779

Former EastEnders star Rob Kazinsky has opened up about being ‘in and out of hospital’ as a result of multiple illnesses.

The actor, best known for playing Sean Slater in the BBC One soap, recently revealed to Instagram followers that he’s going to embark on a fitness journey ahead of a new role.

In his post, he said that he’s ‘going to try and avoid self defeating embarrassment and general autistic self destruction as much as possible and not die of shame’, also sharing information regarding his weight, and how he aims to keep track of his progress on social media.

Two months on, Rob has posted another update, explaining why there hasn’t been a great deal of difference since his health transformation began.

‘It’s been two months since I posted my starting off point photo and nothing since. Well, there’s very good reasons for that. Injury and illness’, he wrote.

‘One of the massive disadvantages of getting older is injuries happen more often and last longer. In my 20’s a pulled muscle was recovered in two days, now it’s two weeks.’

Opening up about his recent hospital trips, he said: ‘Over the last two months I’ve been in and out of hospital with various issues, a flu followed by 3 weeks of stomach issues that ended up with me in hospital, and the as soon as I recovered from that I got Covid, which hits me everytime like an absolute train and required the shaving of the chest for an EKG and THEN two weeks ago, like the old man I am, I slipped a disc and two ribs. Hooray.

‘So I’ve yet to be able to get up and running with my routine, but thankfully due to sticking to my diet I’m still dropping some fat and still making gains where I need to.’

He finished the post by saying: ‘Hopefully now we can kick on and start shredding up this old body. So consider this yet another starting off point, and if like me you’re struggling to get going, keep trying, doesn’t matter how many times you fail as long as you get up one time more than you fall.’

Sean returned to Walford in 2021. He arrived shortly after Jean (Gillian Wright) contacted him and asked for help over Stacey’s (Lacey Turner) new wife Eve (Heather Peace).

Rob has played Sean since 2006 (Picture: BBC)

It was a brief comeback, something Rob hopes will happen again in the future.

Speaking about the reprisal at the time, he said: ‘Earlier this year I was able to visit my family in the UK for the first time in years thanks to the global pandemic and a thankfully difficult work schedule, and while I was packing my bags I sent Kate Oates an email.

‘It was simple really, I live in LA and when conditions allow I’ll try and see my family every year – or more if I can – so I though why wouldn’t Sean do that. Pop in for a cuppa?

‘So I said to Kate, I’m in London for one day, let’s write a scene and I’ll swing by in the morning and we can do it, better than that, every time I’m in the UK, if I can, Let’s do it again and she rallied the troops and made it happen.’

Robert and Aaron were torn apart four years ago (Picture: ITV/REX)

Danny Miller has weighed in on the possibility of a reunion for Aaron Dingle and Robert Sugden following his return to Emmerdale.

The actor staged a shocking and unannounced return to the ITV soap earlier this week, as Aaron was confirmed to be Cain’s mystery captive up at Wylie’s Farm.

Fans were ecstatic to see Aaron back where he belongs, with speculation on whether or not we’ll see him reunited with soulmate Robert subsequently commencing.

‘Every day I still get messages from people saying, “Bring back Robron!’ – I’m amazed!”‘ he told Inside Soap. ‘I’d love to work with Ryan again but it’s just a case of whether I can talk him round.’

Make it happen!

Robert and Aaron, known as Robron to fans, were torn apart back in 2019 when their love story ultimately ended in tragedy after Ryan made the decision to leave the show.

Robert’s final scenes saw him jailed after he was arrested by the police, turning himself in for the the attack on Lee Posner, who had raped his sister Victoria Barton.

Aaron was destroyed by the way in which Robert subsequently handled divorce proceedings, but he later received an apology from his former beau, giving him the closure he needed.

The character remained on the show for a number of years, experiencing more tragedy after his boyfriend Ben Tucker (Simon Lennon) was murdered by killer Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu), which ultimately led to him departing the village.

Aaron staged a brief return last year for Emmerdale’s 50th anniversary, which led to further heartbreak after his sister Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) was killed by a flying caravan amid a deadly storm.

He subsequently left the village again, but not before disowning mum Chas (Lucy Pargeter) over her sordid and cruel affair with Al Chapman (Michael Wildman), which inadvertently played a role in the reason why Liv was out exploring when the killer winds hit.

With Aaron back on our screens, and tensions unresolved between he and his mum, it’s likely that there’s going to be even more drama to come.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV1 and ITVX.

Emmerdale’s William Ash has been sharing the love for his cousin Peter Ash, who plays Paul Foreman in Coronation Street.

Peter is currently at the centre of a heartbreaking and emotional storyline following Paul’s motor neurone disease diagnosis.

So far, the narrative has looked at Paul’s friends and family coming to terms with the illness, with everyone determined to embrace every single minute they have left with Paul, given the MND will shorten his life.

One way they did this recently was by attending Paul and Billy’s (Daniel Brocklebank) wedding. It was held in the Bistro due to it not legally being possible for same-sex couples to get married in a church, but Paul thought he had found a loophole to get around this unfair rule.

After tying the knot in the Bistro, Paul told Billy that his vicar friend had agreed to marry them in a church on the sly. They headed over and got married again, with Billy tearful over his dream coming true.

As this story continues, William Ash has been praising Peter for his constant powerful performances, describing his cousin as a ‘top lad’.

‘I saw a bit of it the other day and he’s brilliant, isn’t he? It’s so good, what he’s doing. He was just fantastic’, he said.

‘I saw the episode where he got the wheelchair and he was just brilliant. That scene in the pub. I don’t watch much telly but I was round at my mum’s and we watched it together.

‘He’s been fantastic. It’s a shame, actually, that he’s going to have to eventually leave because he’s been brilliant in it. And he’s a top lad.’

Over in Yorkshire, William’s character Caleb Milligan is currently involved in a dramatic plot with Cain (Jeff Hordley) and a returning Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller).

We discovered this week that Cain and Caleb had been holding Aaron hostage in the abandoned farmhouse at Wylie’s, with the beloved character now struggling after Liv’s (Isobel Steele) death.

‘Caleb and Aaron really brush up against each other in a bad way’, William explained.

‘Because Caleb’s also now got what was his house as well. There’s a lot of conflict there. And Caleb is quite protective of Chas and seeing how Aaron behaves towards her, Caleb takes an immediate dislike to him.

‘I think he says something along the lines of “You don’t want me as your enemy.” I think Caleb’s quite happy for him to be like that, but he’ll have a problem with Caleb if he carries on…’

The news was announced earlier today (Picture: BBC)

Casualty boss Jon Sen has announced that he will leave his role later this year.

Jon, who previously worked at EastEnders before making the move to Casualty, shared the news on his Twitter, confirming the end of his time on the medical drama.

He wrote: ‘With a heavy heart, I’m leaving @BBCCasualty later this year. It’s been amazing & hv loved every minute working with creative minds and superb talent. But new horizons beckon. Thanks for the wonderful support we have received over the past two years.’

Jon has worked on and off at the show for many years but most recently, his time as Executive Producer has seen Casualty pick up multiple awards.

He has also implemented a format change for each series, introduced many new characters and welcomed back some Holby City favourites including Donna (Jaye Jacobs), Sacha (Bob Barrett) and Eli (Davood Ghadami).

Jon will oversee Charlie Fairhead’s final storyline on the show, after it was announced Derek Thompson will leave the role.

Appearing in nearly 900 episodes, Derek is Casualty’s longest-serving cast member and has played a central part in the show since it launched in 1986.

Derek will be filming until the autumn, and his final scenes as Charlie will air next year after a gripping exit storyline.

Discussing the departure, Jon said: ‘Derek and I would often joke that, after such a long and dramatic career in the NHS, there was almost nothing that Charlie hadn’t seen. So it was an amazing surprise to me when Derek arrived with a brilliant idea for Charlie’s exit as part of an upcoming storyline, which was too good to pass up. We will all miss Derek enormously.’

‘Over nearly four decades, Derek has crafted an iconic character who is woven into the fabric of British TV history. We will miss his craft, his humour and his on-screen presence. We’re also going to miss a friend, so for the next few months we’re going to have a ball filming Charlie’s final chapter.’

Back at the start of September, it was revealed Sunetra Sarker will reprise her role as Doctor Zoe Hanna for Charlie’s final episodes.

During an episode of ITV’s Loose Women, she said: ‘I’m going back for a special double episode because our lovely Charlie who has been there forever is going to leave the show. So I’m going back to make sure I get my last little moment with him.’

Casualty is off air currently, with a BBC spokesperson revealing the show is taking a break due to the busy Autumn schedule, but will return later this year.

Barbara recently turned 90 (Picture: ITV)

Coronation Street legend Barbara Knox has been speaking about whether she has any plans to retire from the soap.

Barbara has played Rita Tanner as a permanent character since 1972. Before her 90th birthday in September, it was confirmed she would be at the centre of a documentary that celebrated her life so far.

Presented by Bradley Walsh, the show will look at Barbara away from the screen, and her journey into becoming one of Corrie’s most famous faces.

Rita has seen her fair share of drama ever since she arrived on the cobbles. She is most known for running The Kabin newsagents and fostering young people in Weatherfield. She looked after the likes of Jenny (Sally Ann Matthews) and Sharon (Tracie Bennett) and in recent years, took Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) under her wing.

Reflecting on her incredible career, Barbara pondered over the prospect of saying goodbye to it all and retiring.

‘Unbelievable really isn’t it? How the years have gone. And what we’ve crammed into the years and how fortunate I have been, in being in the Street for about 50 or 60 of them. I’ve lost track!’, she said during the documentary, which will air this Friday (October 13) on ITV.

‘I’ve been very fortunate. I can’t believe all these years have gone by and I’m looking at 90. I can’t believe that. And if they’re listening. I don’t want to retire.’

Barbara also discusses childhood holidays in Blackpool and how her love for acting began after watching musicals at the cinema.

‘Back in the day, Blackpool was the place to go’, she said.

‘My parents used to bring me every year from seven to about 10. Because during the war there was restrictions on how far you could travel.

The documentary also features comments from past and present Corrie stars (Picture: ITV)

‘There was something for everybody. Being a little girl, I went to the tower to the children’s concert. It was in the afternoon and it was very famous. We went and we sat cross legged. And then the little kids come on singing for about half an hour. That was my entertainment in the afternoon. I liked that very much. Maybe that was the next nudge towards showbiz.’

‘The lady next door went for tap dancing classes’, she continued.

‘She said “I’ll take Barbara”. Oh, there I was, wow. It was in Rochdale. The journey back from there you come through Rochdale and go down a very, very steep hill and I used to want to sit on top of the bus at the front.

‘So if you’re doing that and it’s dark, there’s all lights on each side. And I used to think it must be like this to be on Broadway!’.

Connor McIntyre’s new role is worlds away from Pat Phelan (Picture: ITV)

Coronation Street fans will best know actor Connor McIntyre for his role as the dastardly Pat Phelan, but he is soon set to hit our screens in a new film.

Connor is set to star in the film Our Kid which will be screened at Raindance Film Festival on October 29.

The film follows 12-year-old aspiring footballer Laura, with Connor taking on the role of her father.

’12-year-old Laura’s goal in life is to one day play football professionally,’ the official film synopsis reads. ‘Laura has many footballing heroes, but it’s her older brother Thomas who’s her biggest hero.

‘His inspirational quest to raise money for charity through a sponsored bike ride, while overcoming the challenges he faces from his cerebral palsy, shows Laura and the rest of the community what determination and perseverance can achieve.’

Our Kid is based on the award-winning short film called Thomas, which was released in 2016.

Connor’s role as Laura’s dad looks worlds away from his part as the evil Pat Phelan, who killed four people during his reign of terror on Coronation Street.

Phelan was killed off in dramatic scenes in 2018 which saw him shoot Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh) before being fatally stabbed by Anna Windass (Debbie Rush).

However, the street has since been plagued by another serial killer in the form of Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce), who’s story is set to reach its climax later this week.

Stephen has murdered three people, committed numerous counts of fraud and drugged Carla Barlow (Alison King) with LSD.

Now, the police have discovered the body of his second victim, and it is a race against time for him to get out of the country before he is caught.

Will he manage it, or will he go out the same way as Phelan – in a body bag?

Nadine tries to seduce Jay in EastEnders

EastEnders star Jamie Borthwick has been enjoying seeing fan theories online about his character Jay Brown and newcomer Nadine (Jazzy Phoenix).

Following Lola’s (Danielle Harold) death, Jay met Nadine and learnt that she is a sex worker.

Since then, Jay hasn’t been paying Nadine for any sexual intimacy, but does give her cash after sleeping in the same bed as her.

As the latest development of Jay’s storyline continues, EastEnders fans have been discussing Nadine online.

With some speculating that Nadine could have an ulterior motive for getting in contact with Jay, a handful of audience members wondered if the newcomer could be a figment of Jay’s imagination, given that she looks incredibly like Lola.

A screenshot from Jamie Borthwick's Instagram Stories
Nadine is definitely very real! (Picture: Instagram/Jamie Borthwick)

This was picked up by Jamie recently, who shared a post from co-star Jazzy onto his Instagram stories.

After Jazzy uploaded a screenshot from Monday’s (October 9) episode of the BBC One soap and encouraged followers to tune in, Jamie wrote: ‘You heard the figment of my imagination’, with a laughing emoji beside the text.

Following last night’s scenes, it is safe to assume that Nadine isn’t from Jay’s mind.

After being confronted by Ben (Max Bowden) and Callum (Tony Clay) about where he had spent the evening, Jay returned to Nadine’s flat and explained that he knows he shouldn’t sleep in the same bed as her, but can’t relax on his own.

He then asked Nadine if he could have the drugs he found in her bedroom that morning.

Nadine warned Jay that the ketamine will negatively impact his physical and mental health, but the grieving character reiterated how desperate he was to switch off and feel numb.

Jay got his hands on the drugs, but will it be a one-off as he told Nadine? Or will this spiral into an addiction?

Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote has called out a fan’s intrusive question during a Q&A on her Instagram stories.

The Katy Armstrong actress asked fans to send her questions in order to connect with her fanbase, and was quick to expertly hit back against a question that went too far.

The question itself asked if Georgia had any plans to have children, or if she preferred ‘an easier life’, and Georgia rightfully wasn’t prepared to let it slide.

‘I hope one day we get to a time where people realise that this question has nothing to do with them,’ she responded in a short video, before throwing up a peace sign.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t where this saga ended, as another question was submitted to argue with Georgia’s answer.

‘You’ve allowed people to ask you questions so the baby question isn’t being rude or disrespectful,’ the fan wrote, and once again Georgia had the perfect response.

She explained that nobody knows a person’s individual journey when it comes to having children and whether or not they want to or are able to.

Georgia May Foote hits back at intrusive fan question on Instagram stories
Georgia explained her reasoning (Picture: Instagram / Georgia May Foote)

She pointed out that questions like this can be very painful for people who have experienced trauma surrounding the topic and shouldn’t be a question that is asked.

‘I’m shocked this was sent by a woman,’ Georgia began. ‘It’s extremely rude. It’s my body my choice.

‘No one knows whether the woman they are asking is even able to have children? Whether she wants one? If she does or doesn’t is that anything to do with anyone?

‘If a woman has recently had trauma in this situation? If she is on a personal journey with it? It’s an extremely personal question to ask someone and it shouldn’t be a “thing”.

‘Just because I said ask me a question doesn’t mean I’m willing to talk about every aspect of my personal life.’

Beth won’t be on screen this week (Picture: ITV)

Coronation Street’s Lisa George has revealed she won’t feature in this week’s Super Soap Week after contracting Coronavirus during filming.

The actress, who plays Beth Tinker, revealed in a new interview that there was a ‘sudden rush of Covid’ within the cast and crew, which meant her future scenes had to be cut from the episodes.

‘I got Covid, so I got cut from the scenes. I was gutted as I really liked the scenes as well, it was super soap week and there was a sudden rush of Covid and we were dropping like flies, and unfortunately I got it as well’, she told the Mirror.

Lisa also said that she doesn’t know anything about the rewrites for the scenes, meaning she’ll find out the changes when they air on ITV.

Elsewhere, Lisa also addressed the recent rumours that she will be leaving Corrie.

The actress previously spoke about having her contract renewed and what shows she’d like to be a part of if she wasn’t in Coronation Street. This led to speculation that she may exit to try something new, but Lisa has now said that she won’t be going anywhere.

‘I’ve got a new contract’, she added to the publication.

‘It’s really weird, everyone was saying you’re leaving, you’re leaving. I was asked about my contract and I said I was waiting, and so they asked what I’d like to do if I didn’t get one and I said Call The Midwife. That’s all I said it was a passing comment then the next thing, everyone is ringing me like, “you’re leaving, you’re leaving”.’

‘I was like no, what’s all this, no, I don’t know anything about it’, Lisa said.

‘It’s just weird I don’t even know how it happened from the passing comment!’.

Last night (October 9), Tim (Joe Duttine) was left fighting for his life after a showdown with Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce).

After the huge scenes, viewers saw Stephen open the boot of Tim’s taxi, which was now parked in the middle of a dark woods, with Tim himself laying in the boot.

Stephen picked up a container full of petrol and began dousing the car in the flammable liquid.

Just as he was about to set it alight, Stephen was spooked by the sound of a helicopter overhead and quickly found a place to hide.

But will Tim become his fourth victim?

Coronation Street stars have reunited to celebrate Charlie Lawson’s wedding, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see them back together.

Charlie, who played Jim McDonald in the ITV soap, tied the know with long-time partner Debbie after 22 years together in a recent ceremony officiated by Eamonn Holmes – as you do.

In attendance were a number of Corrie star past and present, including Carla Barlow actress Alison King, who acted as bridesmaid for Debbie.

She was joined by Steve McDonald actor Simon Gregson, who stepped in to be Charlie’s best man when Neil Morrissey was forced to drop out due to work commitments.

Simon and Alison were reunited with on-screen ex-wife and best friend, Michelle Connor actress Kym Marsh, who wowed the crowd with a karaoke rendition of Pure and Simple – the hit song from her days as a member of band Hear’say.

Alison and Kym posed for a picture together for Kym’s Instagram, which fans went absolutely wild over.

Also in attendance from the soap world was Claire king, who plays Kim Tate in Emmerdale, but also enjoyed a stint in Coronation Street as Erica Holroyd.

It was Kim Tate’s wedding dress from 2022 that inspired Debbie’s own outfit for her big day, with Claire having given her the details of the dressmaker.

The Corrie stars were joined by Vicky Entwhistle, who played Janice Battersby in the show.

Speaking about the celebrity guests to OK! Magazine, Charlie revealed that they had to think long and hard about who to invite.

‘It was brilliant to have those people there that came. We’ve known Alison King forever – she’s been fiercely loyal to us. And Claire King we’ve known for a long time, the same with Simon Gregson. I’ve also known Eamonn Holmes for such a while.

‘You can’t invite everybody. Also, you have to be careful about who you pick because – I’m not going to name names – but not everyone I know from that world gets along. So you know, it was really difficult to pick who to invite.’

Unfortunately, there were a number of guests that Charlie and Debbie would have liked to see at their big day who couldn’t make it.

‘Beverley Callard couldn’t make it, nor could Sarah Lancashire or Bill Roache. It’s regrettable that they couldn’t come, but everyone has their commitments, work or otherwise.’

Coronation Street stalwart Julie Goodyear has appeared in pictures for the first time since her diagnosis with dementia earlier this year.

The Bet Lynch actress announced her diagnosis in a statement released by husband Scott Brand.

In the statement, Scott revealed that they were both coming to terms with the diagnosis, and wanted to reveal it publicly as Julie ‘can get confused’ while being approached by fans out and about.

The statement read: ‘My darling wife and I have had to come to terms with this heart-breaking diagnosis.

‘Unfortunately, Julie has been suffering forgetfulness for some time and we have been seeking medical advice and assistance, but we now know that there is no hope of a reversal in the situation – and that her condition will get progressively, and perhaps speedily, worse.

Sorry, this video isn't available any more.

‘We have taken the decision to publicly announce the diagnosis as Julie still loves visiting friends and eating out.

‘Inevitably she is recognised, and fans love to meet her – and she them – but she can get confused particularly if she is tired. I hope people will understand.’

This week, Julie attended the Alzheimer’s Society’s Memory Walks in Heaton Park, Manchester, where she took part in the charity’s flagship fundraiser.

She was accompanied by thousands of walkers hoping to raise money and awareness for the charity.

‘Julie and I are delighted to be supporting the Manchester Memory Walk in Heaton Park this year,’ Scott told The Sun.

‘We want to make sure that anyone else who has been impacted by a dementia diagnosis knows they are not alone – we know that one in three of us born today will go on to develop dementia, and so many more families, friends and carers will be affected as a result.’

He went on to explain that they had been receiving ‘amazing’ support from the Alzheimer’s Society team in Rochdale, which ‘helped to take such a burden off our shoulders’.

‘Julie is now living with Alzheimer’s, not suffering with it – and that’s a big difference,’ Scott said of Julie’s current condition.

‘Calling these events ‘Memory Walks’ is most appropriate; of course, memory is one of the things most affected by this cruel disease, but Julie and I are also trying to make more memories together.

‘Taking part in this walk was a wonderful new memory for us to share.’

Julie is a firm favourite among Coronation Street fans, having played the role of iconic landlady Bet Lynch, first appearing in the show in 1966.

She played the role on and off for a number of years, making her final appearance in 2003.

Lisa George has also previously shown her singing skills, taking part in All Star Musicals in 2021. She sang Maybe This Time from the musical Cabaret.

Former Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher has opened up about the journey his family went on to become farmers in the Peak District.

The actor, best known for his role as Andy Sugden in the ITV soap, bought the 120-acre farm with his wife Liz back in 2020.

It’s a busy life for the couple as they look after sheep, chickens, pigs, horses, a cat and a dog, all while being parents to Marnie, 6, Milo, 4, and their twins boys, Maximus and Mateusz, 1.

Shortly after winning Strictly Come Dancing in 2019, Kelvin and his family were planning on moving to Los Angeles but due to Coronavirus, plans were put on hold.

In a new interview, Kelvin and Liz detailed the moment Kelvin spotted the farm on Rightmove and they bravely decided to take the plunge.

‘It was Kelvin’s idea’, Liz told the Mirror.

‘We had two children, no real responsibilities, they weren’t at school, we had no jobs… then all visas got stopped, but we were in the mindset for change. Kelvin saw this farm on Rightmove and said, “Liz, what about buying this?”‘

Reflecting on how they essentially became farmers by accident, Kelvin said: ‘We didn’t do it because we wanted to be farmers. We wanted something different. We looked at all sorts of places but the thought of this quiet, idyllic life got us.’

‘Then, lo and behold, it’s not as quiet as you thought. There are sheep, so you think, “I’ll get some more sheep”. Then it snowballs!’.

In 2022, Kelvin and Liz welcomed a BBC film crew into their farm, with Kelvin’s Big Farming Adventure looking at how the family adapted to making farming their new livelihood.

The family will soon swap BBC for ITV, with Fletcher’s Family Farm set to air over the autumn.

Back in September, Kelvin spoke to us about the prospect of returning to Emmerdale as Andy Sugden, a character he played from 1996-2016.

‘Never say never!’, he told us.

‘It’s an incredible show, it’s got an unbelievable fanbase, since I left it’s gone from strength to strength…maybe that’s a sign I should stay away! I’ve just finished a drama, I left to go and explore other things artistically and not only that, have a bit of adventure!’

‘I watch the show as a fan now and I’m lucky in that sense.’

EastEnders legend Kacey Ainsworth reveals new role amid Little Mo return speculation https://metro.co.uk/2023/10/06/eastenders-kacey-ainsworth-new-role-little-mo-return-19616797/ https://metro.co.uk/2023/10/06/eastenders-kacey-ainsworth-new-role-little-mo-return-19616797/#respond Fri, 06 Oct 2023 09:23:37 +0000 https://metro.co.uk/?p=19616797

EastEnders legend Kacey Ainsworth has been a huge topic of conversation among fans of the BBC soap this week, after dramatic scenes saw Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) follow in mum Little Mo’s footsteps by beating Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis) with an iron.

With actor Alex McSweeney having returned to the role of Graham Foster as Freddie discovered the horrific truth behind his conception, fans have been wondering if Kacey may be set to head back to Albert Square as Little Mo, 18 years after her exit.

Though fans are desperate to see the return of the youngest Slater sister, it seems we may be waiting a while longer, as Kacey is a very busy woman, having had an exceptionally successful career outside of EastEnders.

And it seems that the grind never stops, with Kacey having just announced her next role on social media.

She is set to join the cast of Little Women at Home Manchester in a new stage adaptation of the novel by Louisa May Alcott.

Kacey will be taking on the role of Abigail ‘Marmie’ March in the production, which runs from December 8 to December 23.

‘If you want to find me – here I’ll be!’ Kacey captioned her announcement post.

‘A beautiful adaptation of LITTLE WOMEN at Home Manchester directed by Brigid Larmour, Perfect for pre Christmas gloriousness.’

Fans in the comments were quick to share their excitement, with one saying: ‘Fabulous, I’m definitely coming, Christmas joy!’

‘Amazing!’ Another added.

Meanwhile, fans on Twitter/X have been calling for Kacey to return to EastEnders, as Freddie headed off to visit Little Mo at the end of the most recent instalment.

Bobby Brazier is currently taking a break from the show in order to compete in Strictly Come Dancing, but Metro.co.uk can confirm that his exit is only temporary.

With Freddie set to eventually return to the Square, fans are desperate for Little Mo to tag along with him.

It looks unlikely that Little Mo will be back any time soon with Kacey so busy working on other projects, but we’re still hoping that maybe one day the stars will align…

A change already! (Picture: Amazon Freevee)

Neighbours is on the move in Australia two weeks after its TV return, with the long-running soap set to switch timeslots.

Just months after the show’s finale episode on Channel 5, it was confirmed Amazon Freevee had stepped in to revive the series, with new episodes airing on the streaming platform in the UK.

Over in Australia, Neighbours has been airing on Channel 10, four nights a week, at 4:30pm, but it has now been revealed that the soap will broadcast at 4pm instead.

The change will happen from October 9, with US daytime soap The Bold & The Beautiful returning to its previous slot.

The relaunch of Neighbours has received critical acclaim and proven to be a huge success for fans, particularly in the UK, where the series has shot straight to the top of Amazon Freevee, becoming the streamers most watched programme in just a matter of weeks.

With a host of fan-favourite characters back on our screens, fans have been overjoyed with the new visits to Ramsay Street, and there will be soon more reason to celebrate, with Sharon Davies set to stage a comeback.

Sharon, whose two-year stint in the late eighties made her firm fan-favourite, made a surprise cameo last year during what was thought to be the final ever episode of the Aussie soap.

Elsewhere, recent episodes of Neighbours revealed the reason for Harold’s (Ian Smith) concerning changes in his behaviour.

After tests that rules out dementia and Alzheimer’s, Harold was told that his memory loss was happening as a result of new blood pressure medication, which was mixing badly with other tablets he was already taking.

Neighbours streams in the UK on Amazon Freevee, with new episodes dropping Mondays to Thursdays at 7am.

Hollyoaks star Jude Monk McGowan has announced his engagement to partner Jessica Hern in an adorable Instagram post.

The Liam Donovan star shared a carousel of pictures documenting the happy day, which saw the couple agree to marry while on a beach in Kefalonia, Greece.

Alongside the photos in which Jessica proudly showed off her engagement ring, Jude wrote a sweet message to his bride to be.

‘Only you, always. You who has taught me what loving and true partnership really means.’

How lovely!

Other photos from their special day showed them enjoying a bottle of bubbly on the beach, as well as a boat trip in the sunshine.

Jude played the role of Liam Donovan in Hollyoaks from 2018 until his dramatic death in 2020, which saw him killed by sister Grace Black (Tamara Wall).

Grace put an end to Liam’s reign of terror after he took hostages in The Dog, watching as he hit his head while falling down the stairs to the cellar.

Speaking about his exit at the time, he said: ‘My time on Hollyoaks has been incredible. I’ve learned so much about the crafts of acting for camera.’

Though it has been three years since he was last on the show, his Hollyoaks co-stars were quick to congratulate him on his new life milestone.

‘Congratulations mate! Lovely news!’ Joel Dexter actor Rory Douglas-Speed wrote.

‘That ring,’ penned Kim Butterfield actress Daisy Wood-Davis, before adding, ‘so happy for you guys, beautiful couple.’

Jennifer Metcalfe, who plays Mercedes McQueen also got in on the action, leaving a series of love heart and flame emojis.

EastEnders star Heather Peace has reflected on a brilliant moment in her past that involved Emmerdale’s Jeff Hordley.

The actress, who plays Eve Unwin in the show, was responding to a fan on Twitter/X who had discovered she knows Jeff, who is married to his co-star Zoe Henry.

Confirming they went to drama school together, Heather also told the follower about a holiday she went on with the actor, who portrays Cain Dingle in the ITV soap.

‘He was in the same year as me at drama school’, she said.

‘I also went on my first parent free holiday with him and another lad from college when I was 18. We went to Menorca. I fell off a scooter and ended up in hospital. True stories.’

Last year, Jeff opened up about another soap connection following the arrival of Caleb Milligan, played by William Ash.

‘We both went to North Chadderton comprehensive in Oldham,’ Jeff told us at the time, revealing how the two young actors had worked on the same play. ‘I’m a lot older than Will,’ he said.

Elsewhere, EastEnders fans have absolutely loved seeing the development of Heather’s character Eve.

Aside from her strong connection with Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), Eve is often seen helping her beloved Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal).

Heather was at the Inside Soap Awards recently and was reduced to hysterics as she discussed the moment a fan paid for a video from confrontational reality star Kim Woodburn, in which she offered advice to Suki over her affair with Eve.

Also addressing the Christmas murder in the soap, Heather and Balvinder mused over the various fan theories – with Heather quipping that none of them are correct.

Matthew Wolfenden has played the cheeky David Metcalfe in Emmerdale for 17 years, but his time on the show is soon going to come an end as he has revealed that he only has two days of filming left.

Taking to Instagram, Matt shared the poster for his next project – Elf the Musical – and revealed that he will be swapping the Dales for the stage in a matter of days.

‘It’s all getting very real!’ He wrote beside the poster. ‘2 days left at Emmerdale – 4 days until we start rehearsals for this amazing show!’

Matthew is set to play Buddy the Elf in the newest revival of the musical, based on the 2003 film starring Will Ferrell.

However, his Emmerdale character will remain on screen for a few more weeks, and there will be plenty of drama to come before he departs.

Viewers have recently seen David’s son Jacob (Joe Warren-Plant) grow close to his ex, Victoria (Isabel Hodgins), with the pair very nearly sharing a kiss before being interrupted by David himself.

When Metro.co.uk caught up with Matt at the CUREUsher ball, he couldn’t give too much away regarding his exit, but he did tease that it would be related to the budding relationship between his son and ex.

‘That relationship with Jacob and Victoria is a huge reason why David eventually leaves the village,’ he told us.

‘There is going to be a few tears and a few fights, and that’s all I can say!’

He also made it clear that David doesn’t leave the village in a hearse, so there is still the possibility for him to return in the future.

‘What I can say is I’m not dying, which is a good thing! I don’t die, so maybe David will come back in a few years.’

Hollyoaks star Claire Cooper has opened up about taking her young baby to hospital recently.

The actress is in a relationship with fellow Hollyoaks star Emmett J Scanlan. They have a son called Ocean-Torin and welcomed their daughter, Fiáin-Luna, last November.

Announcing the news of their daughter’s arrival, Emmett – who played Brendan Brady in the show – shared an adorable picture of the baby, with the caption ‘3 days we met her…#ScanClan’.

Uploading an image to her Instagram stories of little Fiáin-Luna in a hospital cot, Claire recently told her followers that the family had a ‘very tough’ start to the weekend.

She wrote alongside: ‘We had a very tough start to the weekend, so glad our little love is on the mend, curveballs come out of nowhere, and sometimes it really does hit damn hard.’

Claire, who played Jacqui McQueen, is yet to confirm why their baby was in hospital.

Emmett and Claire lost a baby in July 2019, and Claire nearly lost her life.

Speaking about the ordeal in 2020, Claire said: ‘It’s baby loss awareness week and although I wasn’t quiet about our loss privately, I didn’t share it with the public, mainly I didn’t have the words at that time & perhaps I still don’t but if this post helps one family or person out there, perhaps my words were worth the wait…or not.’

The couple met when Emmett joined the cast of the Channel 4 soap in 2010, and they got married in New York on New Year’s Eve in 2015.

As well as his roles in Hollyoaks and Peaky Blinders, Emmett is also known for appearing in Derry Girls and ITV’s The Tower.

Dee-Dee talks to Joel in the solicitor office in Corrie
Dee-Dee and Joel recently started dating (Picture: ITV)

Coronation Street’s Channique Sterling-Brown has responded to comments from trolls about her latest storyline.

Channique’s character, Dee-Dee Bailey, recently started dating a duty solicitor called Joel.

Played by Hollyoaks’ Calum Lill, Joel is enjoying getting to know Dee-Dee and vice versa, but the romance hasn’t been the focus for some Corrie viewers.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Channique said that she ‘saw some comments about us [Dee-Dee and Joel] being an interracial couple’.

‘Almost like, “an interracial couple on the Street – God forbid”. I just thought it’s so bizarre, because the relationship had nothing to do with race. It really is just about two people who have found each other, and are really in that loved-up, gross honeymoon phase.’

'Coronation Street' TV Show, Episodes 10741-10758, UK - Sep 2022 Coronation Street, is a British ITV long running television soap opera set in the fictional North of England town of Weatherfield, near Manchester. Created by Tony Warren, the series was first broadcast on December 9th, 1960, and was produced by ITV Granada.
Dee-Dee made her arrival last year (Picture: ITV)

She continued: ‘As a Black woman in the industry, I think we do put constraints on ourselves on how we’re going to be presented, especially romantically. So whether we are the sexual interest or just the friend-zoned woman or whatever, I feel like we’re often hypersexualised or under-sexualised as Black female characters.’

‘I hate when people are like, “you’re playing the race card”. No one’s making it about race. People just see ‘other’ and they assume that’s what it is. But it’s literally not about that at all.’

Reflecting on what’s ahead for Dee-Dee as this romance continues to develop, Channique recently told us: ‘Calum Lill, who plays Joel, he’s wonderful and we’re having a lot of fun getting to know each other and getting to know the characters.

‘I think it’s really exciting, we’re going to see Dee-Dee in a bit of a new light, and I think that’s really fun as an actor to explore, hopefully the audience will enjoy it and it’s nice to have a bit of happiness and love really!’

Elsewhere, next week in Corrie will see Stephen Reid’s (Todd Boyce) reign of terror come to an end.

After killing Leo, Teddy and Rufus, Stephen will take centre stage during Super Soap Week as he plans an escape from Weatherfield, but who will try and stand in his way?

Paul smiling as he marries Billy in Coronation Street
Peter Ash shared his opinion (Picture: BBC)

Coronation Street’s Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) has faced backlash from his employers and parishioners after it was discovered that he had married boyfriend Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) in a church ceremony.

While gay marriage is legal in the UK, church law states that gay couples cannot get married in church – something which devout archdeacon Billy struggled with.

However, when Paul and his family were able to pull a few strings and surprise him with a church wedding, he was over the moon.

Unfortunately, their wedding, which was the first successful gay wedding in Coronation Street’s 63 year history, upset a lot of people within their church community and ultimately resulted in Billy being suspended from his job.

This issue is one that affects countless gay couples in real life all over the country, so this story has provided much needed representation.

In recent years, questions have been raised over whether gay characters should be played by heterosexual actors, something which Paul Foreman actor Peter Ash has been vocal about on Twitter/X in the past.

Speaking to PinkNews recently, Peter, who is straight, confirmed that he shares the same stance now as he did when those tweets were posted.

‘My opinion stays the same,’ he said. ‘I’ve always thought, it is acting, [as long as] you can portray the role. Obviously there are certain parts where certain people will be, what’s the word?’

Daniel Brocklebank, who plays Billy, added: ‘More knowledgeable.’

Daniel went on to agree with his co-star, saying that an actors job is to pretend to be someone that they’re not.

‘If you’re saying that only gay people should play gay roles, if I, as a gay man, was turned down for a straight role because I was gay, wouldn’t that be deemed homophobic?

‘It’s always been an interesting dichotomy.’

Sorry, this video isn't available any more.

Coronation Street fans were left scratching their heads while watching Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) in a recent episode of the ITV soap.

The beloved character was in her kitchen at home, chatting to Stu Carpenter (Bill Fellows) about Yasmeen Metcalfe’s (Shelley King) return from Pakistan.

Stu decided to cook for Yasmeen, prompting Alya to have a taste of the creation… and that is where things took a really bizarre turn.

Alya decided to scoop some of the tomato sauce onto a wooden spoon, and then transfer it onto tablespoon before she tried it.

The puzzling move was picked up by many Corrie fans, who all wanted to know Alya’s thought process.

One Twitter user pointed out: ‘If she’d tasted it straight from the wooden spoon people would have moaned about that, too’, which prompted another to say: ‘It’s a clean teaspoon. Why not dunk it into the sauce? I’m not suggesting she put the wooden spoon in her mouth.’

‘Strange behaviour!’, another person said.

Given this scene has got us all talking, it could well have the potential to go as viral as that moment where Nigella Lawson pronounced microwave as mee-kro-waveé.

A number of Coronation Street cast members were seen partying recently as Elle Mulvaney celebrated her 21st birthday.

Elle swapped her Amy Barlow attire for a dress and black leather jacket, ready for a boozy evening in Manchester.

During the night, Elle’s co-star and close friend Harriet Bibby (Summer Spellman) was spotted leaving the venue, while Cait Fitton, who plays Lauren Bolton in the show, was seen sharing a kiss with Paddy Bever (Max Turner).

Elle has played the role of Amy since 2010. Most recently, the character tried to move forward after being raped by Aaron Sandford (James Craven).

Speaking to us at the recent Inside Soap Awards, Elle revealed that Amy still has a long way to go on her journey, and that it will be a difficult road ahead, with plenty of ‘ups and downs’.

‘We’ve seen on screen she’s starting to have a little bit of joy and stuff, getting to become better friends with Aadi in the whole Aadi and Courtney storyline,’ Elle told us.

Charley Webb is perhaps best known to Emmerdale fans as the feisty Debbie Dingle, having played the role from 2002 until 2021.

She was involved in some hard-hitting storylines during her time on the show, including a teenage pregnancy which saw her give birth to daughter Sarah alone in a shack in the woods.

Later in life, she was involved in Killer Cameron’s reign of terror, after running Gennie Dingle off the road and later discovering that Cameron had murdered her.

In 2021, actress Charley decided to spread her wings and leave the show, and has since gone on to play numerous other roles, including a police officer in new ITV drama The Long Shadow.

The Long Shadow tells the story of the hunt for serial killer Peter Sutcliffe, with Charley taking on the role of WPC Anna Lawson.

The show boasts an impressive cast, including the likes of David Morrissey, Toby Jones, Katherine Kelly and Jill Halfpenny.

Charley is currently on stage in the Chichester Theatre adaptation of Quiz – a drama depicting the story of Charles Ingram, who infamously cheated his way to the jackpot on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?

Charley plays Charles’ wife, Diana, who played an integral part in Charles’ and the subsequent scandal that came when he was found out.

After finding such success elsewhere, Charley has admitted that she has no regrets about leaving Emmerdale.

‘It felt like the right time for me personally to make that jump from Emmerdale and I don’t have any regrets about it,’ she told whattowatch.com.

She went on to explain how choosing the right project is important to her.

‘I’m ambitious to push myself and it’s just about choosing the right projects from now on.

‘It’s hard to say no to work, but I trust my agent and I trust the process. Hopefully, I’ve made some good choices so far.’

EastEnders star Danielle Harold has addressed the rumours that she is in a relationship with her co-star Jamie Borthwick.

Danielle recently left her role as Lola Pearce, who died after being diagnosed with a brain tumour.

In an incredibly moving and emotional storyline, the BBC One soap highlighted everything from Lexi’s (Isabella Brown) reaction to her mum’s news, to Lola and and Jay’s final trip to the seaside.

Jamie and Danielle spent a lot of time together during Danielle’s final few months on the show and because of their on-screen chemistry as Jay and Lola, as well as their closeness off the screen, rumours began to circulate over whether Jamie and Danielle had started a relationship.

Responding to the comments, Danielle recently said: ‘I’m just going to leave that one out there, because it’s soo funny. It makes me laugh so much, I’d hate to squash it!’

Continuing her chat with Fabulous Magazine, Danielle revealed: ‘I always say Jamie is the husband I never wanted or asked for, but nonetheless got.

‘Seriously though, there’s no one like that at the moment. But I’ve been so busy, it’s probably for the best’, she added.

‘I’ve got no time, which is something to feel really lucky about.’

Shortly after leaving EastEnders, Danielle took part in filming for the celebrity version of Channel 4’s Hunted.

She was paired up with Coronation Street’s Kimberly Hart-Simpson, who played Nicky Wheatly in the show.

The actress also addressed the rumours that she’s set to star in this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity, confirming in an episode of Loose Women that she won’t be heading to the Australian jungle.

She added that ‘there is always something, whatever the latest show is they always say your name.’

Emmerdale star Samantha Giles is swapping the village for the stage in her new acting role.

The actress will soon leave the show as Bernice Blackstock, following her return in 2021.

Samantha has now joined the cast of Cinderella at Bradford’s Alhambra theatre for the festive period.

Starring alongside GBBO and Strictly’s John Whaite, Samantha will play the Wicked Stepmother in the production, which will run from December 9 right through to January 21 in 2024.

Samantha’s panto news comes after confirmation her co-star Liam Fox will star in another show – as well as Coronation Street’s Chris Gascoyne, who will play Captain Hook in The Alban Arena’s version of Peter Pan.

In recent months, Bernice teamed up with Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) to take over the B&B after Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) announced that he was selling up.

Working together has seen Bernice and Bob form a surprising connection, which developed in the middle of Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) and Wendy’s (Susan Cookson) affair storyline.

Despite Bernice’s efforts to settle down with running the B&B, a change is on the way as she will say goodbye to the Dales later this year.

‘Bernice Blackstock has been in and out of the Emmerdale village more than they change the barrels at The Woolpack!’, a source told The Sun at the time.

‘She’s always welcomed back with open arms by ITV and fans alike, but it’s now becoming a bit of a running joke.

‘It wouldn’t pay to bet on whether Samantha will one day be back, but for now she will leave the soap later this year.’

EastEnders star Vicki Michelle has paid tribute following the death of her younger sister.

The actress, who plays Rocky Cotton’s (Brian Conley) ex-wife Jo in the show, shared a post on Instagram confirming family and friends had said their goodbyes.

Alongside a picture of Vicki, her sister and her daughter, the actress penned:

‘Said Goodbye to my beautiful baby sister Suzie this week. Beautiful inside and out. Hundreds of people came to say their farewell. She was so loved. Wonderful memory with Suzie and her daughter Susie. RIP Beautiful sister. Be Happy in your new home. Love ❤️ You’.

Vicki received many supportive messages on the post, with many followers sending their condolences and love.

Vicki made her arrival to the BBC One soap back in March of this year.

A troublesome Jo took pleasure in tricking Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) into thinking she had a secret son with Rocky, and then returned in July to create more mischief.

It resulted in a catfight as she attempted to reveal Rocky’s bigamy to the congregation, and then demanded a huge £50k for her silence.

Her final scenes saw her on the phone to a mystery person, explaining that she’d ‘got what she wanted’ but that there was ‘plenty more for the taking’.

This left us wondering if Jo would come back to Albert Square to cause even more drama – and we were quick to get the lowdown from actress Vicki Michelle at the recent Inside Soap Awards.

‘I think they’ve left it open,’ she told Metro.co.uk. ‘That was the thing. And hopefully, talk soon! That would be great.’

‘I loved it. People were ringing me up saying “Oh my god, we love this character!”’, she explained.

‘And the funny thing is that when you’re doing EastEnders, people defend you.

‘I’m having a go at Rocky and then a fan will say “Oh, she was really mean to Rocky”, and then you’ll get another fan going “Well, what do you expect? He walked out on her 25 years ago! She didn’t know whether he was dead or alive!”

‘So, I think that’s the amazing thing about EastEnders, that people take on the characters.’

Bobby Brazier has been tearing up the dance floor on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing but when it comes to making moves in his personal life, the star appears to be keeping his love life out of the spotlight.

The 20-year-old EastEnders actor was coupled up with professional dancer Dianne Buswell, 34, and has hit headlines for his sheer talent since making his ballroom debut.

While his current relationship status remains unclear, it has been said the budding dancer recently split from his rumoured girlfriend model Liberty Love just in time to begin his bid for the Glitterball trophy.

Ahead of his next Strictly appearance, the soap star reflected on his first performance and penned a note of praise to his partner Dianne on Instagram, alongside some snaps of their dance.

It read: ‘I hope we made you feel something. @diannebuswell is a creative genius, this is so much fun… I think the foxtrot will have a special place in my heart now.

‘I want to be one of those old men you see in the streets of Europe dancing so elegantly with their old lady wives. Anyway big up everyone involved.’

Who was Bobby Brazier’s girlfriend?

Bobby was said to have been in a relationship with Liberty Love for 18 months before calling it quits with the model.

According to MailOnline, a source claimed: ‘She and Bobby had been on and off but now it seems that it’s over for good.’

The pair were thought to have been on and off throughout the duration of their time spent together and fans noticed they had both unfollowed each other on social media in July 2022.

Around the same time, Bobby also deleted any pictures he shared with Liberty from his social media accounts.

Did Bobby Brazier date Danielle Harold?

Amongst the romance rumours surrounding the son of the late reality star Jade Goody, he was also linked to fellow EastEnders actress Danielle, 31.

The pair of actors were first rumoured to be romantically entangled after they were spotted leaving last year’s NTA awards gazing lovingly into each other’s eyes.

They were also said to have regularly shared playful videos involving each other to their social media accounts.

Metro.co.uk contacted Bobby’s reps for comment.
